Our Introduction to Ayurveda Workshop will be held on two separate dates and times at Firefly Wellness Day Spa in Mission Hills.

Tuesday, August 27 5:00 – 8:00 pm

You may have heard the word before, but do you know what Ayurveda is? And what it can do for you?

Kelly Sullivan, our newest service provider, has been teaching in health related fields for over 40 years. She’ll be leading this introductory workshop on Ayurveda practices and lifestyle to help you create a state of balance that supports health and happiness.

A science of self-healing; Ayurveda offers simple techniques you can do in your daily life that helps put your body in balance, or back in balance, which in turn has a positive effect on how you feel and enhances your overall health.

There is a beauty and simplicity in Ayurveda that involves simple actions you can do everyday that will improve your well-being.

Using some of the simple methods recommended in Ayurveda you can change the quality of your life.

Ayurveda (the science of life), a sister science of yoga, is a natural health and healing system that has been in existence for thousands of years.

In this introduction to Ayurveda you will learn:

  • Factors of health
  • Understanding your constitution
  • Ayurvedic recommended daily routine

Kelly Sullivan has been involved with yoga and meditation for 40 years, training in and teaching Svaroopa Yoga since 1993.  With many years of experience along with advanced trainings and a love for the yoga path she teaches with enthusiasm to share the incredible benefits and awakenings of Svaroopa Yoga.
