Brow Lamination $140 ($109 for Members)
Brow Lamination involves using a chemical solution to shape and set your eyebrow hairs in a particular direction, resulting in fuller, thicker-looking brows that are perfectly shaped and set in place. Results typically last about four weeks. Brow Lamination includes a Brow Wax. A Brow Tint can be added to this service to complete your new look.
Lash Lift $140 ($109 for Members)
A Lash Lift uses a chemical solution to create a semi-permanent curl for your natural lashes from the base of the lash line, which makes them appear longer and more defined. A Lash Tint can be added to this service to complete your new look.

CLASSIC
A Classic set will add subtle volume and length to your lashes. For this set, your lash artist will attach a single, individual lash extension to each of your natural lashes by placing it on top of each real lash, creating a more natural, enhanced look.
HYBRID
A Hybrid set is for those looking for a bit more volume. For this set, your lash artist will attach a combination of single lashes and fan-clusters to your natural lashes, creating a more dramatic look.
LASH SHAPES
NATURAL
Our natural lash shape is usually shorter on the ends and a bit longer in the middle. When you choose this shape for your lash extensions your lash artist will follow your natural lash line giving you a natural look, but with longer and fuller lashes than what you are used to.
CAT-EYE
If you’re looking for something more glamorous, the cat-eye shape might be for you. This shape starts with shorter lashes on the inner eye, gradually getting longer with the longest lashes on the outer corner.
DOLL-EYE
The doll-eye look (also known as “open” eye) can make your eyes look more open. For this look, the lash artist starts with shorter lashes on the inner eye, gradually getting longer towards the middle where the longest lashes are applied, then tapering off to shorter once again towards the outer corner.

Which appointment should I book?
FULL SET
If this is your first time getting lash extensions, or it has been more than a month since your last set, you’ll want to book a Full Set appointment. During this session, your lash artist will conduct a consultation, review the process with you and help you choose your Lash Style and Lash Shape. This appointment usually takes about two hours.
MAINTENANCE FILL
How often should you schedule a maintenance fill? Every two weeks! This timing is very important to maintain your lashes and will ultimately be better for your finances too, if you plan on keeping your lashes in the best condition. In order to be able to stay on a regular maintenance schedule you will need to schedule a fill every 14 – 18 days. If you wait longer, you will likely not have enough retention and will have to pay extra and take more time to get your lashes up to a Full Set again. Firefly offers membership plans to help keep you on track with your fill schedule and provide you with the best pricing options.
What should I do to prepare?
Pre-Appointment Instructions
- Eyelashes should be clean and free of makeup products.
- Avoid caffeine before the appointment since it can cause fluttering of the eyes.
- Remove contact lenses prior to arrival.
It’s appointment time!
At your appointment, your lash artist will conduct a consultation. If this is for a Full Set, you will be able to talk with her about what kind of look you are going for. She will discuss Lash Styles and Lash Shapes with you, as well as make recommendations based on your eye shape. If this is a Maintenance Fill, she will get feedback from you about how they lasted and analyze your retention.
Lash Design
During your appointment you will be laying down with your eyes closed while your lash artist designs your new lashes. For a full set this will take approximately two hours, so be sure you are able to relax and your bladder is empty. Go ahead and take a nap!
Book Your FILL Appointment
Before you leave, be sure to book your FILL appointment. We recommend scheduling your fills every two weeks. If you wait longer than that, you risk having too low of a retention rate and may have to pay for more lashes and possibly schedule an additional appointment. Firefly has a Lash Membership to help you stay on top of your fill appointments, and ensure that you are getting the best deal.
Aftercare
To help you with your lash retention, we recommend the following aftercare:
- Do not get lashes wet 24-48 hours after the appointment.
- Avoid oil-based eye products and makeup remover.
- Do not curl eyelashes or apply mascara.
- Brush lashes daily with a spoolie. (We will provide spoolies for you!)
- Wash lashes 1-2x a day with a lash cleanser. (We recommend baby shampoo.)
- NO picking, pulling, or tugging at the eyelashes.
In addition to the aftercare, we also have some helpful tips!
- Use swim goggles or a shower shield to protect lashes when showering.
- Baby shampoo can be used as a lash cleanser.
- Sleep on your back, or wear an eyelash mask while sleeping.
- After washing, pat lashes dry or use a hair dryer on a cool, low setting.
