Firefly is currently OPEN, by appointment only. Please check back frequently since the COVID-19 situation in San Diego County changes on a daily basis.
To book an appointment, select the type of service and the date range in which you would like to schedule your appointment. You will have access to all available therapists, or you can request a specific service provider. Hit Search and then login to reserve your appointment time.
Returning Clients: You already have an account. For your log in, please use the email address you currently use to receive your appointment reminders. *You can request a new password if you need to but PLEASE DO NOT CREATE A NEW ACCOUNT.
New Clients: If this will be your first time visiting Firefly Wellness Day Spa, you will be asked to follow the prompts to create an account in our online registration system. Please note that you must allow email/text notifications in order to receive your appointment confirmation.
Once logged in, you can book and confirm your appointment request. You can also click the button below to download the MindBody app to your phone so you can book or reschedule appointments from your mobile device.
Note: Online booking is not available for Couples Massage, Spa Day Packages and Outdoor Home Visits. To schedule these appointments, please email firstname.lastname@example.org with your preferred day and time, or call 619.249.4323.
We have a three (3) hour cancellation policy. If you need to reschedule your appointment for any reason please let us know as early as possible by calling 619.249.4323. If you cancel within the three hour time frame we will try to fill your reserved time with another client. However, in the event of a no a no-call/no-show, or a cancellation within the three hour time frame and we can not fill the spot, you may be billed the full amount of the service scheduled.
There is one parking space in the driveway marked “Suite A” (on the left) that is first-come first-served for clients so if it’s open, it’s yours! If not, there is street parking available and you should be able to find something within a two block radius (free and metered.)
If you have been vaccinated, congratulations! We are excited for you and appreciate that you are doing your part to help our community be safe. However, we are still requiring that everyone at Firefly wear a mask or face covering, regardless of their vaccination status.
