BOOKING ONLINE
Firefly is OPEN, by appointment only.
To book an appointment, select the type of service and the date range in which you would like to schedule your appointment. You will have access to all available therapists, or you can request a specific service provider. Hit Search and then login to reserve your appointment time.
Returning Clients: You already have an account. For your log in, please use the email address you currently use to receive your appointment reminders. *You can request a new password if you need to but PLEASE DO NOT CREATE A NEW ACCOUNT.
New Clients: If this will be your first time visiting Firefly Wellness Day Spa, you will be asked to follow the prompts to create an account in our online registration system. Please note that you must allow email/text notifications in order to receive your appointment confirmation.
Once logged in, you can book and confirm your appointment request.
CANCELLATION POLICY
We have a three (3) hour cancellation policy. If you need to reschedule your appointment for any reason, please let us know as early as possible by calling 619.693.8568. In the event of a no a no-call/no-show, or a cancellation within the three hour time frame, you will be billed the full amount of the scheduled service or forfeit a prepaid service on your account.
PARKING
There is one parking space in the driveway marked “Suite A” (on the left) that is first-come first-served for clients so if it’s open, it’s yours! If not, there is street parking available and you should be able to find something within a two block radius (free and metered.)
MASK POLICY
Masks are optional for everyone at Firefly, however if you prefer that your therapist wear a mask during your session, please let us know prior to your appointment.
COUPLES MASSAGE
Online booking is NOT available for Couples Massage. To book a Couples Massage please contact us for assistance. Let us know your preferred date and time by contacting us via text 619.658.6806, or phone 619.693.8568.
SKINCARE TREATMENTS
Please note that we have one room available for facials, so we can accommodate one facial appointment at a time.
