Cancellation Policy

We have a twelve-hour cancellation policy

Appointment cancellations must be made at least twelve hours before the appointment time to avoid a late cancellation fee or a no-show fee.

The late cancellation fee is 50% of the booked service, and if you have a prepaid service on your account you will lose 50% of the value of that service.
The no-show fee is the full amount of the service booked, and if you have a prepaid service on your account that service will be forfeited.

Please note: When booking online, if you opt-out of notifications you will not receive a confirmation of your booked appointment.
