Before your facial begins, your esthetician will chat with you about your skin goals and concerns. They’ll ask about your daily skincare routine and what changes or improvements you’d like to see. It’s also the perfect time to mention any medications, prescription skincare products, allergies, or sensitivities you might have—this way, everything is perfectly tailored for you!

Next, your esthetician will give you a moment to get comfy. You’ll remove everything from the waist up and slip under the cozy sheet on the table. The treatment isn’t just for your face; it’s an all-around pampering session with massage and products for your arms, shoulders, neck, and décolleté, too!

A basic facial at Firefly includes cleansing, exfoliation, extractions, massage, and a mask with an arm massage—all customized just for you and your unique skin type. To cleanse your skin, we use warm towels and a bowl of water. Sometimes we’ll even add steam for that extra fresh feel. Your esthetician will remove any makeup or skincare products, ensuring they start with a perfectly clean canvas.

Exfoliation is tailored to your needs and can be a gentle physical scrub or a fruit enzyme that dissolves dead skin cells. Your skin will be glowing in no time! Next up, extractions! Your esthetician will use a magnifying lamp to carefully clear out any clogged pores or blackheads. They might use their fingers or special tools for this step.

Then, it’s time for a soothing massage! Your esthetician will work magic on your facial muscles, neck, shoulders, and décolleté, applying products designed to target your specific skin concerns. Relax and enjoy as tension melts away! The mask is a cool, refreshing treat often applied with a soft fan brush. While it works its magic, your esthetician will pamper your arms and hands with more personalized products—talk about total relaxation!

Finally, after removing the mask with a warm towel, your esthetician will apply finishing touches like toner, eye cream, serums, moisturizer, and sunscreen—everything you need to walk out looking radiant!
